I'm going to that. I've never seen Mogwai do a show with poor sound, but we were recommended to opt for standing tickets for best sound in The Hydro. Tonight is a trip to Leith Theatre for the Neu Reekie Trainspotting 21st anniversary do. Irvine Welsh and Ewen Bremner both reading, the film played, Arthur Baker dj'ing but highlight is the Fire Engines playing live. (Wonder if Irvine managed to get an Ibrox brief.?)
Going to see Royal Blood there in Nov.

Having seen them support the Foo's and play at the Barrowlands I know where my preferred venue is!

We got tickets and great seats for Alter Bridge at the Usher Hall on October 5th, seen then a few times now and Mark Tremonti's unbelievable guitar playing with the 4 octave voice of Mile Kennedy, can't wait.

Got 2 x tickets for this one as well, only seen Myles with Slash a few years back now so looking forward to hearing him with Alter Bridge.

Love the Usher Hall as a venue as well.

The Manchester reopening benefit concert, with the likes of Noel G, Courteeners and Blossoms looked absolutely class. 5 of us tried this morning and none of us had any luck.

It loaded bang on 9am and already said it was sold out.

I had that same problem on my laptop. Thought on the off chance I'd try using the app on my phone and got 3 tickets no bother!

Breaking Benjamin tomorrow in Glasgow, with support from Starset, at the O2 ABC.

Truly can't wait for this - VIP ticket too, so meeting them before the gig too
Madness, as you know, is a lot like gravity. All it takes is a little push.

Indeed. I was so taken back at recognising a band mentioned on this thread!
Usually I have no idea who these bands are.

    Weezer in Wembley, can't wait.

Saw Sublime with Rome a couple of weeks ago. Good but played a lot of stuff I didn't recognise. Rome will never be Bradley but as good a substitute as you're going to get.

Alter Bridge is his band ( just Creed with a different singer), his 4 octave range is something else.

I must be the luckiest person on the planet to have managed to get them both in the pre-sale on Wednesday. Got the Glasdow at around lunchtime and Manchester at tea time
