Another TITP question.....what time do the bands start on Friday? Need to buy bus tickets from Perth and you have to book an actual time so trying to work which bus to get.

Used to be 5/6pm! Last time I was there was 2011 though.
You found your God in a paper back, you get your history from the Union Jack, and all your brothers and sisters have gone and they won't come back.

Madness, as you know, is a lot like gravity. All it takes is a little push.

Got electric fields tickets the other day. No been to a festival for a few years so realy looking forward to it. Good line up, pretty cheap entry, small capacity and the food on offer sounds tidy as well. If the drink availables decent as well then the organisers have done a brilliant job.

Is that the Friday or the Saturday? Been offered a ticket for the Friday but don't think I'd make it to the gig on time as doors open at four. What time is Richard Ashcroft likely to be on stage at.

In Vegas in October. Toying with the dilemma of paying over the odds to see The Rolling Stones or the 1975 in the same night. There's a chance the Stones will play a second night. Also going to try and squeeze in The Pet Shop Boys in the same trip.

Anyone else go to see Man Of Moon (Hibees I believe) at Electric Circus on Friday?

Quite enjoyed them. Think they only have one EP out at the moment with another due out soon. Their own material had a big nod towards Neu and really liked them. The rest of the set was covers and a bit meh. A band worth keeping an eye on.

Tartan Heart Festival at Belladrum at the weekend was brilliant. What a fantastic festival. VERY family oriented and I saw not one tube who'd over done it on bevvy or drugs, the complete opposite of my experience at TITP. Plenty folk of all ages from toddlers to folk in their 70's having a great time with a very eclectic mix of bands. This will definitely be my festival of choice from now on.

Maximo Park are coming back to the Liquid Room in October, it'll be the 3rd time I've seen them there and 5th time overall. They've been superb every time and the Liquid Room is a great venue, can't wait.
