Laura Robson has just taken her first career final into a deciding set against Taiwanese Su Wei Hseih. Robson faced five match points at 3-5 down in the second set and eventually won four games in a row to take the set.
Come on Laura!
Would be a massive victory for her after her breakthrough at the Olympics and the US Open.

Robson loses 6-4 in the decider after being 3-1 up.
She'll be disappointed with the way that ended but it's all good experience for her and hopefully 2013 will be when she really breaks through.

Oh well.
Won't do her ranking any harm either which should help in early rounds of competitions. She has come on leaps and bounds since Olympics, must have given her a big boost to get the silver.

A good achievement for her, even if the tournament didn't feature any of the top female players.
It'll do her confidence no end of good.Madness, as you know, is a lot like gravity. All it takes is a little push.
