5 wins on the trot, most points in the league and ODB back from his bye Beginning to really like the look of my team now with 4 excellent RB options as I took a flyer on Buck Allen off the waiver wire last week. Struggling a bit at TE and D though.
TE for one of your embarrassment of riches at RB?

Anyone interested in Donte Moncrief? Not proposing any more trades just to get ignored.

No thanks. Had a look at your TEs but think I'll keep the 4 as insurance against injuries down the stretch.

Ahh crap, would you all mind voting against my trade Chris Ivory for Cutler, accidentally hit the wrong button and accepted it on my phone.

Or is there anyway it can just be cancelled?
That trade has gone through with Ivory, will I offer you the trade back again or drop him for you to claim off waivers? Either way it might not go through before Sunday's game?

Edit : The trade deadline has passed!

Disastrous start from my 2 starting RBs last night!

Another loss on the rollercoaster year imminent!

You're still predicted to win. I can't see where many points are going to come from on my team either.

Why didn't other people veto the trade? Dropping and picking up is one route. Maybe the league manager can update the settings and change the trade deadline?

I voted against it, but I guess it has to be a majority decision. Think the only way around it would be for both guys to drop the players and claim them off waivers. Would that be done in time for Sunday?

That's the only problem for him Kirky, it probably wouldn't go through before Sunday, doesn't impact me since cutler has already played this week.

In this instance the LM should edit the rosters if possible - maybe not since Cutler has played already. I had to do this in an ESPN league just yesterday but after discussing everything with the other players and getting the thumbs up to do so.

I have no issue with the LM switching these players back.

I voted against it too. Must need nine to vote for it in order for it to go through.

Cheers to everyone that voted against it.

If the league manager could transfer them back it would be appreciated but if not possible and we have to go waivers then its no bother as the whole thing is my fault in the first place.

Just hope nobody is above you in waiver priority or that could go tits up real fast.

And sure enough Eli Manning has 1.32 points part of the way through the 4th quarter. He's done well to get positive points to be honest.....

Dropped ivory so if nobody can put in a waiver claim for him apart from Kirky then he should get him back. If the same can happen for Cutler then I can pick him up again

I've put in a couple of waiver requests but none are for Ivory.

In this league, and others, I have Tyler Eifert who might not play. In another league I have Gronk. I managed to pick up Zach Miller for our league, and NFL.com is giving him a projection of 0 points, same as Spencer Ware.

Here's what RotoWire had to say about Richard Rodgers before last night's game:
"Three of his four catches came after halftime. Rodgers’ season-high in yards is 45, which gives him a pretty low ceiling. He has a soft matchup against the Lions next week but that’s no reason to start him. At best, he’s a boom-or-bust TE2."

I had a four TEs on my Yahoo roster since Flex includes TE, so I figured I should drop one. Rodgers is who I chose. Yeah, he just put up 24+ points against me in one of my ESPN leagues. This game can be infuriating at times.

I use a bunch of sites and that can also be infuriating (unless you're saying you have found one that is right all the time?). Sometimes the ESPN advice can be mental. They give you a 4 out 5 stars for the matchup rating then in the advice (which they take from other sites) says "...but he is a WR2/WR3 at best". So right there in their own little popup they're delivering conflicting information.

There's just no way you can predict when a player is going to have a blow-up game.

As with all things Patriots, nobody really knows what is going to happen but my hope is that LaFell is in for a big night rather than Chandler.

I have DeMarco Murray in an ESPN league but I'm not playing him tonight even though the Pats gave up a lot on the ground last week. I think the Pats will be prepared for him and the Eagles will hopefully have to abandon the run after the first 1/2 quarter. :)
