Jordy Nelson with a possible leg injury - Twitter exploding as we speak.
I'm watching it, he looked ok going into the tunnel maybe just a sprain.

I hear ya but with the Seahawks having Beast Mode, a scampering Wilson and the newly added Graham, do you think it's likely that they'll turn into a passing team that benefits Baldwin? Even if they do, Graham seems more likely to get the looks. I see some upside for Baldwin (I almost took him myself) but things would need to change in Seattle for him to blow through his ceiling.

    Imo. :)
I wonder if he's likely to get more targets as he's an excellent route-runner and Graham is going to attract the majority of the defensive coverage...

I had expected it would be Eddie Royal but with the injuries on the Bears receiving unit just now, he's likely to get much more time - even my deep-sleeper, Cameron Artis-Payne has looked excellent (better than Jonathan Stewart) so far in pre-season.

Ok so I've set up a league on ESPN. Please PM me if you want to join, I've set it up with ten for now (got six so far) but if there is enough interest can raise it.

The initial plan is to have a live draft this Sunday night (since it's the time most of us would be watching games later in the season).

Some of us will be playing for money (£10 entry) but fully appreciate that handing over money before the start of the season to some random on Hibs.net isn't the most appealing of offers (though I promise that I'd let folks know before the start of the season how many are playing for money and make sure the winner gets paid). If you just want to play for fun that's fine, all I'd ask is if you join remain active, one member last year had four decent quarterbacks and didn't reply to any trade emails (he was a paying entrant mind you!).

    Thanks

    Graeme

I'm sure the Panthers have been holding Stewart back in order to keep him in top condition for week 1. Looks like he'll be a three down back this year.

My friend is in Thailand so I just did his fantasy draft for him (nowhere near as fun doing a live one btw) - how easy the 10 team leagues have it compared to us!

Just completed 2nd live draft, 3rd team this season. Trying to mix up my teams as much as i can.

Was an all eagles draft, the reaction to me picking Romo was hilarious.

Had online draft #1 last night and it took about 90 minutes - there was at least one person who was auto drafting but, for some reason, the clock ran for 2 minutes every single time, so that was annoying.
Online draft #2 was today and that was completed in about 30 minutes even though there were some people on auto draft that didn't select auto draft, so each of their picks used the entire 30 seconds (better than 2 minutes!).
    Online draft #3 is tomorrow.

My one was 90 second picks and took about 90 mins for a 14 team league. Was some good chat going on while draft was happening. Doesn't beat the epic offline draft we do!

I started last year and had no clue what i was doing, its great fun and good banter. I now have 3 teams in different leagues.

I just typed in FF 2015 and read as many websites as i could. Gives you a different perspective on every game.

...and to think he was a first round pick and was going to be the new hall of fame back for the Browns when he got drafted. I had him in my fantasy team twice, never learnt my lesson the first time. Just shows the difference between making it at college and making it in the pros.

My fantasy team is set for 'league domination' apparently. So you may as well all just give up now don't forget to set up your teams for tonight.

Haven't 2, 3 and 4 from that draft all been cut or are not starters now? Only Andrew Luck made it.

Sounds right. I remember there was nothing to choose between RG3 and Luck for #1 pick, RG3 ended up being #2 and will probably never get another shot at a starting job after getting beaten up behind a useless Redskins O line and having a predictable throwing mechanism. By contrast, seattle picked up Russell Wilson late in the draft that year on a tiny $contract..

RG3 got busted up in Washington. His knees were shot before he played apparently and his style plus the OL just broke him completely. Still, I think he got $90m regardless!

Wilson will go down as a steal like a certain Mr. T. Brady.

There are tons of websites out there. For one example: http://www.ffchamps.com/content/2555...coring-system/

At the end of the day it's gambling like anything else. There are no sure things, only statistics and opinions. Look at Tom Brady last year. After a handful of games many people were writing him off.

It's actually not too late to get your feet wet. Find a site (ESPN, Yahoo, NFL, etc) and sign up for a league with a bunch of randoms. That's as good a way to figure things out. They're free.
