Hitting the waiver wire hard this week - reckon Pitta will be out for the season as that's his second dislocated hip (which is quite difficult to do once, never mind twice!) and could possibly be a career-ender.

Also, players like Hillman and Amendola are wasting space just now!
Madness, as you know, is a lot like gravity. All it takes is a little push.

Me too! I think I said this before but a 16-team league is rough when your two starting RBs are out injured.

It does feel that leagues this big are more about luck than skill in all honesty - acquire a reasonable team and be lucky with injuries and you'll be fine.

You start picking up injuries and it's problematic as so many people in a waiver order means it becomes difficult to pick up replacements.

I would give you a better deal than that for Eddie Lacy, I have some top receivers sitting on the bench most weeks way better than what you're getting with that trade

But it's probably bad form to vote against a trade just because I want to outbid the other guy

Speak for yourself! Haymaker, you're being robbed here! Come speak to me for a sensible offer

Although, I won't vote against it if it's what's the two parties really want.

Yes, that would be bad form...

Who are the top receivers sitting on your bench anyway? Terrance Williams is on a par with anyone on your bench I would say.

I don't think it is that bad a deal for Haymaker, two pretty steady fantasy scorers (which he needs right now) for someone who has been poor so far this season but who I can afford to stash and hope he picks up some form. Haymaker can't afford to do that.

That'll be why you are at the top of the league this year rather than your usual position near the bottom

He's done very little for me, I need some steady points. His highest was 6 points so far. Shonn Greene has double Lacys points. Now while he isn't as good, he IS scoring and that is something I need.

Now watch him go rush for 3,000 yards

Terrance Williams is a donkey compared to some of my studs

there is no doubt in my mind that Eddie Lacy will come good in a very big way (he's been up against some good defences in recent weeks), so im surprised Haymaker went for it, but I guess you both know your own business

In a 16 team league I'm not giving up Lacy unless it's for a receiver like Demaryius Thomas, Dez Bryant or Brandon Marshall. Maybe Jimmy Graham.

By not giving up Lacy, I may be able to get more than 4.5 points out of other players and maybe, just maybe, get a W.

I was just looking at one of my other teams and this week could be interesting. Six bench players - I have four players on a bye with the remaining two being Jake Locker and Darren McFadden. 6 out of 9 of the players on my roster are playing on Monday night. :)
    Tom Brady
    Rob Gronkowski
    New England D/ST
Jamaal Charles (subject to practice and injury reports)
    Dwayne Bowe
    Travis Kelce

    What could go wrong? LOL.

I see the Celek Few has picked up TRich, who I lost patience with last week. I play Celek Few this week, if he has a big game I will officially throw up my hands and admit this season is a write off

Wasn't holding out much hope on getting T-Rich but pleased to pick up Ladarius Green. I had an eye on him during the draft but he got picked before I could take him. Has a nice match up with the Jags this week while Julius Thomas is on his bye.

I'm having no luck with my QB's. RG III injured, got Hoyer in for him. Now Tucker is potentially injured for this weekend and Hoyer is on his bye week
