Interesting that Wotherspoon has changed numbers. I wonder if he wanted the number 14 or Fenlon took the 7 shirt off him?

Sean O'Hanlon number 5, interesting? I hope he stays because he played fairly well when partnered with McPake, even though it was very short.

Interesting that Wotherspoon and Galbraith have been somewhat 'demoted'. Kerr was wearing 7 in training and Maybury had 18, I'm guessing this could be a hint to both of them signing as both numbers are vacant?

Also no number for Jimmy Scott despite him still being with us when his loan at RC ends and he could be re-called at any time.

Season long loan and if he returned for next season then he can get a number this time next year.

More chance of you getting a game for Hibs than him this season.

Conclusion - Dinnae worry about it guv.

Not being funny but if Mark Kerr is our new number 7 that doesn't fill me with joy. He'd make a great number 8. In my eyes 7 is the game changer. With the role he plays will he change the games?

He's a defensive midfielder. Wore 7 at United IIRC.

I wouldn't look too much into squad numbers defining a players role in the team these days. Thats more a thing of the past. So many examples of top players that wear seemingly random numbers now.

Noticed O'Hanlon still no.5 despite being told to find a new club

Maybe the no.7 shirt is for Michael Owen.

Wotherspoon's number change is interesting.... Unless of course he asked for it

Isn't Danny Handling going out on loan for the season? Probably why he doesn't have a number.

Think it's good that there's no number 7. Leaves the door open for a creative midfielder or a winger that we're in desperate need of!
