    Next Season ...

Surely to god Pat Fenlon will address the width issue that we have had the past couple of seasons.
It is so obvious to see that along with the centre of midfield, our lack of width is costing us dear.

Is it any coincidence that we have one of the widest parks in the League and one of the narrowest midfields and our home record is so bad? Any team with a half decent wide player exploits that to great effect, look at hampden on saturday same again, exploited in the wide areas once more.

We need to start looking at playing the Killen type up top with good wide players to support him then 3 central midfielders whos style of play contrast one another, we need a sitting player who can mix it and cover the defence, a playmaker who can dictate the game, and an attack minded midfielder who will support the forwards.

    Surely Fenlon sees this? Right?

If Fenlon didn't have a problem with Booth or at least recognised that Kujabi would be better employed further up the park maybe that would have been a solution on the left wide area but I think I'm clutching at straws.

Also, everyone seems to think Francombe is a good crosser of the ball but he was on the bench for most of the game Saturday.

Sproule of yesteryear may have provided a spark.

Our wide players have been brutal for ages now. Other teams exploit that at Easter Rd.
