They were so much better than us it was unreal. Our players looked amateur.

I can't bring myself to say well done to them.
Based on todays performance they deserved it though.
You get what you pay (or don't pay) for.

Well done Hearts?
Pish. Just like well done Livingston in the league cup final?
The vast majority of their team won't be there next season as admitted by David Southern and Mad Vlad due their financially unsustainable glory seeking. It's like bragging about having a new telly and suite for the party at new year, but they're gettin repossesed in January.

You have to give them their due, they played well today and had their fair share of luck, but worthy winners, however still a life long Hibby and would not change that for anything GGTTH

There moronic, they wouldnae put up with the pash Hibs have played for 2 or 3 seasons yet some of our so called Hibbies accept mediocrity - away and shxte then.
And by the way dinnae go and preach about chavs being sporting, if you like that then good for you, praise Hertz all you like but they can go and get tae fxxx as far as I'm concerned.
And that's my opinion and I'm entitled to it whether you agree with or not.

This thread certainly sorts those that are good losers and gracious in defeat from those that are just plain losers.

**** them. I hate them with a passion and will always want them to lose every game they ever play. But we weren't cheated, we were humiliated by a very average side in one of the worst days in our club's history.
Really? I've seen some pish on here in my time but I've never seen a thread title as bad as this one.
Yeah - so much for sporting integrity then!
Being fair losers is part of the game of football - the better team won today, give them their due.

However, to have a thread titled "Well done Hearts" on the evening that we've just been humiliated in the biggest match in the club's history is a bit too much for me to stomach, I'm afraid.

I yearn for the day we turn up in a Derby. ONCE AGAIN we are like rabbits caught in the headlights when the whistle blows.

Hearts deserved to win because we were complete crap, but I'm not going to congratulate them.

I have followed Hibs avidly since moving to Edinburgh 10 years ago and of course I'm not happy about today's result, far from it. I also paid 5 x face value for my ticket today to make matters worse!
I don't like losing (which unfortunately happens quite often as a Hibs & Luton fan) but I'm prepared to admit that the best team won and offer them my congratulations, through gritted teeth. Surely that's what being a good sport is all about?
