    ST Payment Plan agreements

I applied for a ST early bird with the payment plan but haven't received anything to sign yet - has anyone else who has done the same heard anything?

I sent the renewal forms back ages ago and heard diddly-squat from Zebra. Sent a couple of chaser emails to Hibs ticket office and was assured everything is ok and the forms would come soon.

I phoned them as I hadn't received anything, I also got a form from the royal mail saying I had to pay £1.50 for a parcel that had been underpaid. I paid it and the royal mail sent it, turns out zebra hadn't put a stamp on it.

    I'd give them a buzz

I know it's a bit late in the day, but anyone think there's a chance of getting on the payment plan? Don't have a ST but have been to virtually every home and away game including pre-season. Desperate to go to final. As big Fish would say, Clutching at Straws?

You may be able to go direct to Zebra fiance and get the finance for a ST yourself.

Got the form through the post last Saturday and sent it off on Tuesday.
Received a text from them on Tuesday as well saying
'The deadline for returning your Hibs FC finance contracts is Tuesday 24th April.Any queries please call Zebra Finance on 0845 634 1199'

Might be worth phoning them if you've still not got anything through.

Keep away from Zebra finance, if anyone is looking to finance their ST for next season go here:

    http://www.moneysupermarket.com/cred...120420214431:s

Get the card, pay for the ticket, set up a DD and then cut up the card.

Did anyone else get a text with a different date on it? The renewal application form says you have to fill the form in within seven days of getting it.

I've had assurances from Hibs that the forms are on their way, but I still haven't had them through the post and if tomorrow's the deadline then I'm going to have a problem.

Don't think so, Zebra were just slow getting the forms issued once people had selected the "payment plan"option before the required "Early Bird" deadline from what I hear.

I returned the form I was required to sign to Zebra Finance last week after they had informed me that my application had been accepted. Has anybody received a letter from them saying what date of the month each payment will be debited? I've yet to receive a voucher or receipt from Hibs either.

Also, i'm assuming the club are informed when you have been accepted? I'm planning on purchasing 2 Cup Final tickets, but surely the club will need confirmation from Zebra Finance that they have accepted me and will have a season ticket for 12/13.

I must've got the letter from Zebra nearly a fortnight ago.

Just i'm geting a wee bit worried, having not dealt with the club directly.

I've fired off an e-mail to Judith Ireland and she's always gave excellent and prompt replies so hopefully everything becomes clearer sooner rather than later.

    Me too

Does anyone know if we get new cards next season, or do they just re-activate existing ones?

We keep the same cards unless we're moving seats OR if paid by payment plan last season and paid up front this season

I sent mines away on Friday to Zebra, first class. It should definately be there by now i'd imagine. I hope so anyway. The ticket office is a shambles IMO, they forgot to tell us when applying for the ST for both me and my little brother, that it had to be an adults name on it. This was left, for us to find out, today. You guys will probably notice that that is twenty four hours prior to the form needing to be handed in. They never got in touch with us though, they fully left it to us to go and find out, some three weeks after the app had been put in.
