Planning on buying a new season ticket for next season. If I go in next week will I be given a client ref number there and then so I can fill out the form for a cup final ticket even though I won't have the ST.

Will your number not be the same though as your an existing ST holder? I've already got one but thought as it would be my first ST for years I'd get a new number . If you don't have your number, what you gonna put down on the form so you get your tickets?

I have 3 ST's under my name because i bought them for brother and sister but all 3 ST's have the same client reference number attached to them. Is this right or have the TO messed up??

Was told by the girl holding the clip board next to the ST queue after the Killie game that so long as my name and address are on the form they will be able to tell from the database what STs I have
