Jim Blair was a director but he resigned end of last year.

He is still the only share holder in the Company ( one share ).

Its his company/club they are pouring their cash into. It would make Vlad blush !
Well he should be on the winning side in any shareholder votes.

Generic Sevco / Rangers meltdown thread

    https://www.thetimes.co.uk/edition/s...fied-_-TWITTER

Obviously wants no part of the shenanigans that follow when Rangers get a free pass on the fraud of their 2011 UEFA license application.

Should that Celtic Blog not be better named the Rangers Blog?

I read this and I was left somewhere between Pacino in Godfather 3 and Chief Brody in Jaws...

"Just when I think I'm out, they pull me back in"
    and
"You're going to need a bigger boat"

This Ibrox pantomime clearly has two or three further Acts still to run (although none of them will be funnier than the unforgettable award-winning/award-losing Act that took place in those fateful 15 minutes between the 78th min and full time whistle on 21-5-16)

I was suggesting that , on past form, the only way they could get £5m worth of defenders would be to pay £20m.

Same storm that's been coming for 1389 pages or a new one that nobody has mentioned yet?

Silly joke - the Met Office have named the latest storm heading to the UK, "Storm Hector".

Where are they Ggttin the funds to pay fir all these transfers ?.....even if it’s signing on fees and wages only. I thought they were skint.

I’d like to think that the SPFL and or the SFA would be monitoring them closely in case of any shenanigans ......but I keep forgetting the S in both stands for Strathclyde.

They have 40000 fans buying season tickets at around £450 a pop.

Agreed but but I keep reading that they are barely able to keep the lights on, hence the new share issue, so it still doesn’t add up

I was already pig sick with the coverage Sky give the the Huns, but it’s going to be a hundred times worse with SG there!

I’ll really enjoy all the coverage if they start the season badly

This time of year they have money. It’s usually round about Oct/Nov they run out.

... minus VAT. Feel that the one thing that this thread has given me is a totally unrealistic belief in my knowledge of corporate tax 🤪

The bit near the bottom. “The taxman is not thought to have received any of the £72m in unpaid tax and interest”
