Seeing as FH has been remiss and not started tonight's thread. Jordan Rhodes has scored for Huddersfield at Wycombe. How I wish we could get him.

Wycombe vs Huddersfield
I wasn't going to watch this to be honest, but put it on in the background whilst doing a few things with the Mrs and it's a superb game, albeit, a little one sided.
Wycombe 0-3 Huddersfield - it could be 6 or 7 already, Jordan Rhodes passing up 2 chances for a hattrick, with 2 goals already.Madness, as you know, is a lot like gravity. All it takes is a little push.

But since you've started one;
Come on Oldham!
Can't believe Zander Diamond's playing at Anfield!

Huddersfield 3-0 up with Rhodes bang on form with 2.
Huddersfield have had 20 or so shots in open 35 mins

Not against run of play either. From BBC before the goal-Pat Nevin at Anfield on BBC Radio 5 live: "Liverpool's defence is being breached far too easily at the moment. It could be 3-0 to Oldham already."

Most of the game has been played in the Liverpool half.

If I was a betting man, I'd be jumping all over Rhodes to score next at 9/2!

Rhodes has said he wont be leaving in Jan and will only leave if they don't go up this season.

Penalty to Liverpool
Scored. Gerrard in the postage stamp. Quality penalty.
Not sure about the decision to award it though.

Rhodes' record is really quite phenomenal at that level.
It would be interesting to see how he would cope at a higher level.

5 goals in one game - surely a club is going to buy him in January now.

Weird moment in the liverpool game when one of the Oldham players seemed to have an argument with someone in the crowd. Game was stopped for a few minutes and the oldham player looked like he was almost in tears. Interesting to find out what that was all about.
