13,240 at Murrayfield last night for the Edinburgh v Glasgow clash.
It's taken a long time for professional rugby to catch the imagination of the Scottish rugby fraternity but I wonder if it's now starting to take off or whether last night's game was an exception simply because it was a derby.
I watched the game on Alba and it was noticeable that the crowd were permitted to drink alcohol on the touchline. I'm sure L&B's finest will sanction this practice at ER in the not too distant future.

I think that the crowd was large as they were giving away free tickets if you purchased a ticket for the upcoming 6nations (France game iirc). Crowd for Edinburgh is usually around 5k ish.
