The BBC suggested he had, which is a criminal offence punishable in some circumstances by a custodial sentence at her majesty's pleasure.

    I think the whole thing is murky enough to mean that there is insufficient evidence to prosecute him but enough doubt as to his honesty that he won't want to draw attention to it by persuing court action.

    It doesn't. Providing you can prove it's true or, more likely in this case, fair comment based on elements of what you can prove is true.

    sue them under what grounds are they not allowed to tell the truth about men that are corrupt and as much as I hate the huns they will go down under and it will be this man's fault
