In fairness to the clubs they are probably thinking most fans want to be home and organised as early as possible on Christmas eve. If it was a 3pm kick off a few partners might be a bit unhappy about folk at the game not being home until half 7ish

Seems pretty sensible to me. Allows the blokes a couple of hours shopping time after the game.

Sensible move by both clubs. Public transport tails off quite early on Christmas Eve so a good decision all round.

Fair enough that. The game will be on Alba at half 5 tho, so I may go for that option instead!!

Why the long faces you Scroogeees? With Los Yambolinos soon boasting a midfield of Le Chat, Therapist and Boabster, this will be the closest we'll come to a competitive fixture over the holiday period.
A great excuse to get on the piss early, leave the kids with the other half and the dreaded in-laws, and do that hungover 'coasting' drinking through Christmas day that actually works so well. Besides, Jesus didn't really exist and if he did he was almost certainly a hippy puff rather than the son of god.

Pity....its a game that was ripe for a Friday evening slot...the 23rd....would have been a great way to start festivities......
probably an empty ST seat again for me....

Ooh err...in that case, a terrible decision.
But then again, a great excuse to get of the chaos.

If he is still here of course! The decision to schedule fixtures on Christmas Eve rather than the more traditional Boxing Day underlines the incompetence of the jokers running our game.

Had originally ruled this game out as the trains weren't kind coming back, but I'm VERY tempted now...

Do they think we're an NFL team? I've never before heard of a Scottish game on Christmas Eve. Will most likely try and attend though.

Take it this means no game on boxing day or the 27th then? Disappointing if that's the case.
Will probably go along to this before heading home to the folks' for Christmas.
G - If you come into any hospitality tickets, gie's a shoutMadness, as you know, is a lot like gravity. All it takes is a little push.
