Hertz in Court Case Tomorrow/Fire Sale

I've just been told by a Jambo mate who has contacts at Tynie, that their manager never received his salary at the end of October.

He (my mate) is extremely worried.

I fully expect Kickback to react like this

Yam One: "Good. Don't like Paulo anyway, so maybe he'll just leave"

Yam Two: "Yeah I agree gud wun Vald!1!!"

Yam Three: "I say, doesn't anybody else think this is actually bad news?"

Yam One: "Get lost Hobo, only Hobos say bad things about Mister Romanov"

Yam Two: *inserted unfunny animated GIF*

Whoever Paul Johnstone is, he's got a bee in his bonnet.

Hearts have been here before, surely? Nothing happened last time.

And it may not mean the actual team, just one of Vlads companies going under that name that he wants to wind up - however, it may be the thin end of the wedge tee hee

Who's Paul Johnston and why would he want to see the demise of our nice cuddly neighbours?

I think that name could be solicitors or similar as they/he is named in another order below the hearts one.

Edit as above post working for behalf of Govt agency.... HMRC???

Could tomorrow be a really really good day

Just confirmed on Reporting Scotland 10:30. Attempt to be made to wind up HMFC in the Court of Session tomorrow. Sounds like the tax man

Her Majestys Revenue & Customs. Aren't hearts owned by a Lithuanian? Won't apply to them then this paying tax/VAT caper. Paying anything in fact.

On it's own it'll probably amount to nothing. However, Hearts fans should be concerned with the regularity of their court appearances recently and with their players still not being paid alarm bells should really be ringing. 2 weeks isn't a BACS hiccup - I've had a BACS hiccup once. It was sorted in 24 hours.

Of course, I say Hearts fans should be worried but they're not. Everything's A-OK in la-la land.

That would make sense seeing as the last vlad rant mentioned the taxman being after him.

I am not a knowledgable person on matters like this and law. What are the implications of this, and no stupid answers! Could they go into administration, worse etc?

All makes sense, talk last week of a large unpaid bill, players not been paid, VR comments on not giving anymore money and does mention tax man and cooncil throw out last resort.

Is this why the councillors got their views in before the story broke?

Right on time, a Jambo proves that point

Happens all the time to nearly all spl clubs but for some weird reason when its us we make the news!
Yes. This happens at all SPL clubs. All the time. Quite.
