i have jsut purchased a student ticket for sundays game online and requested it to be sent 1st clas to my address . However , after paying and confirming everything on the reciept it claims no student ticket will be sent out and are collection only !! can anybody clarify whats happening ? I have e-mailed the suppliers but no reply . probably until tommorrow .

You have to show your student ID to the ticket office staff to confirm you are a student. That way it stops non-students paying the concession prices but means it won't be posted out.
