Guy I know of was told to grow his hair to make him seem less of a thigh before a assault case because of this.

Ah.Its just i thought that anyone on trail is innocent until proven guilty.Or have i missed something after that?

In scotland, would it not be "not proven" until proven guilty or innocent?
