Adding photo to avatar

Hi guys, can someone please tell me how to add a photo to my avatar once I've logged in? Cheers

It's a bit odd the way it's set up but..

click on your own name (at the bottom of this thread)
click on the wee pencil next to "friends" on the left hand side
on the left hand side see "my settings" - it's in there..

You can also get to it by clicking on the forum actions drop down menu (in the black bar under the banner at the top) and choosing general settings.
