Guys
How would folk feel about training twice a week?
Most of us are used to playing Craigmount on a monday
We could use that night to do some ball work & the other night for running/drills etc......

i'm not committing to two nights a week.
one night and a sunday is all i'm willing to do just now to be honest.
it's not fair on lisa, she needs help with the wee man plus i only get to see him after work for a couple of hours midweek and at weekends.

Tuesday are training days, let's leave it at that.
If anyone fancies getting together for extra sessions then go for it, ill be doing the odd we bit extra myself.
Last night was a good burn tho, let's keep it up.

Not sure if your having a dig, but I didn't come last night as the impression John's text gave was that nobody other than only Ritchie, John, Jannetta and I were turning up. I was putting my shoes on to leave as i got that text.
I responded saying if thats the numbers, we can all save time, and money by running in our respective vicinities, to which i was told "fair enough buddy" giving the impression that was a good idea, and training would be cancelled. Im not the only one who got that impression either.
Had I known that 6 of you had gone out for a run, or had an update saying who was coming, I would have still came.
simple breakdown in communication, which given the rushing about at the time was completely understandable.

Likewise, hence why i went out and ran myself - I'd suggested to John that we do some training or 5/7 a side on sunday. he said 8 were available. We could see who is up for it and organise something, if not Gus, do you want to go for another run?Last edited by MacBean; 06-07-2011 at 01:36 PM.

perhaps too hot to be doing mental training, drills, sprints etc might be better than endurance?
