I have phoned Newcastle races and the meet on the saturday is available. They have said they will kindly put tickets aside for us til we have the numbers but if the demand increases then they will call me & we cannae get them then they get sold....simples

Hotel:

Not as important at the moment as the rooms are a plenty.
