    Warm up will be the runs we done at the side of the other pitch.

    Just turn up with the right attitude n there wont be any problems

    I meant the half an hour run round the carpark, I would be more surprised if everyone can get there for half 7! Have to give you your dues last week you were on time!

    Great effort fi all last night and was just the right balance between graft n banter.

    Quality watchin Fallout-boy runnin aboot like a wee lost schoolboy n muckin aw the drills up!!

    The sessions will get better lads, I kind of lost track of time n should hav moved the shooting on a bit but in general it was a good night.

    Iv got the stats here from the shooting, I will format them and get them up asap

    By the way, seeing as there was no camera filming- I saw nothing worth noting at the end

    Agree, really enjoyable session last night and feeling it on my Hammys this morning.
    Everyone was really up for it and as you said the right balance between banter and effort.
    Shooting part was interesting, however would be a different story with Beatz in goals

    thought the shooting was well done, alot more how it would be in a game having not much time/space to hit a shot... eventually after I scored I was enjoying it

    Thought the running was good also!

    So did I 'til I seen I was up at the same time as you Teo lad....

    Good session and although the time got away from us and we couldn't have a game thought the balance between the graft and banter was much better than previous weeks!!! As Fents said hopefully get a few more boys back for next week and the sessions will keep getting better!
