Hibs have been running the same course, the 2nd course starts this week and all the fans who attended the first course lost weight. I lost 2 stones
it is all about re-evaluating your eating and drinking habits, along with exercise. It was a great course and the staff running it put in one helluva lot of work

A complete reflection of the twatness that surrounds that club.
When the fat boys were doing there rather camp boxing exercise and one of the fatties started laughing and gouding the other one to punch him on the chin did anyone else either picture the guy laying him out, or wish the could dontate money to there debt charity, step in and just clean him out?!
In any event looks like the Heart of Midlothian Fat C---s Training Camp is working wonders. Perhaps that is were they will source there next 10k a week striker from.
