Need a bit of advice.
I opened a new online account last Saturday, basically to put a bet on the yams to beat the huns.
They duly obliged and I now find that I am having a nightmare trying to withdraw the money.
They had a very standars withdrawal procedure which I followed however when I called them on Friday they claimed I needed to do the following;
Send them a scanned copy of my bank card, both sides.
Proof of my id ala bank statement, drivers licence, passport via scan.
Now I have never heard of this before and had a furious row with them over the phone on Friday past.
There is nothing in their terms and conditions about this nonsense about producing all these documents when withdrawing money.
Is there anyone I can contact regarding this as I think I am getting stiffed big style.
The online bookie is www.bet770.com incase anyone is wondering - don't touch them.
Cheers guys.

call me suspicious but
1. never heard of them
2. sounds a daft name
3. Being French, you'd have thought they would manage to get the colours of the French flag (top right for choosing language) right.
send them nothing until you can verify them fully.Last edited by Toaods; 30-01-2011 at 06:01 PM.

Just to avoid potential confusion - "pari" is the French word for bet, with "paris" being the plural.

Wouldn't say they are definitely scammers because Ladbrokes pulled a similar stunt on me over about 17 quid so I told them to ram it and just changed to Bet365.

I think they are scammers
There is absolutely no reason for them to see the flip side of your card, other than to get the card security code.
After that its online purchase bonanza time for them.
If you are sending it to them, could you send me a copy too please?
