Everything is confirmed for our forthcoming Burns Night.

Saturday 22nd January - Penderels Oak - Holborn

Guests of Honour - Eric Stevenson & Jim Scott

Tickets are priced at £16 per head and MUST be pre-booked (and pre-paid) as numbers are strictly limited.

If anyone is wishing to travel down from Edinburgh for the event, let us know on this thread and I'll PM you the travel details of the Hibs contingent (there's approximately 20 ex-players and staff making the journey and advance train tickets aren't too costly).

Also, François and Pascal, our highly esteemed hosts at Quinns, have kindly agreed to undertake the catering for us this year, so we can rightly expect top notch neeps and tatties to be served up (these boys definitely know a thing or two about cooking roots), and a complimentary dram (or tipple of ones choice) is included in the price.

The house red this year is Louis Jadot Combe aux Jacques Beaujolais-Villages 2009. This is a great vintage from an excellent producer; sweet nose, bright fruit, fresh and savoury. A real bargain at £12.99 a bottle.

Tickets have to be paid for by 10th January to guarantee a place. There's no movement on this as numbers are limited.

Any spare tickets will be made available at Quinn's on Saturday 15th January before the Celtic match and payment can be made in cash.
