I was so upset by his passing that I have composed a poem in his honour.

Surely, it can't be true,
The death of Lesley Nielsen,
A master deadpan actor,
Now just dead,
Pneumonia.
His spirit, like an Airplane!
Ascends through the clouds,
To the heavenly afterlife,
With OJ Simpson's wife.
