Free agency starts later today, some big rumours flying around!

    Bucs to release Revis
    Ron Mexico to the Bills
    Steve Smith to the Patriots

Could be a very interesting few weeks.

Talib to the Redskins is a big one too. Has Jimmy Graham signed yet? He'd be the biggest catch of all imo.

If we lose Aqib Talib, my criticisms of yet more awful off-season trades continue, though Sports Illustrated report he's close to signing a new deal with us.

Without a doubt our best defensive player last year.

Edelman has been offered a 3 year deal by the Pats.

Cant lose Talib, need him + a couple others to shore up our D!

    Pats in for Revis?

My thoughts too. We've offered a deal to Talib though.

    Wesley Woodyard is visiting NE.

Revis (my all time favourite player) at The Patriots is a horrible thought

Jaguars trade Blaine Gabbert to SF for a 6th round pick. He'll earn $1m more the CK!

Really hoping that we don't lose Golden Tate! He's visiting the Lions.

Michael Bennett re-signing was a great piece of business though.

pretty shocked by that, chuffed but shocked all the same there was me thinking we were clearing cap space for Grahams contract and we go out and nab a top drawer safety to pair with the impressive rookie Kenny Vaccaro, im away for a lie down

Yeah mate, huge signing! Could be a sign grahams is away? Must be taking up a lot of cap space.

I know NE dont have that much room on our cap but not sure on yours.

I'm officially disgusted by us once again.

Every year it increasingly looks like Kraft et al are no longer interested in winning anything.

We'll no doubt replace him with some unknown rookie or ageing journeyman who'll spend most of the season injured.

Whenever I saw you guys play, Vaccaro looked outstanding for a rookie, so you've got a potentially dominant pair of safeties now, maybe almost as good as Seattles? Quite some money getting shelled out for defensive backs; just shows how important they are in the modern game. Which makes the Patriots move even more surprising. Revis to the Patriots?

Sadly, it doesn't. We've had this irritating habit for years now of moving our best players on for very little return. Moss, Maroney, Green-Ellis, Welker, Talib are the ones that instantly spring to mind.

Just as well Gronkowski's been injured for so long or undoubtedly he'd be playing elsewhere right now too.

Why is this happening tssf? Do you think Bellichick and Brady are victims of their own success in that Kraft believes he can get production even out of average players?

I've no idea 'bollah. At first, it made sense as a strategy for the future, where we traded some big names away for very good draft picks but looking back now, we've not drafted particularly well and it all seems redundant.

Julian Edelmen also set to try the open market

It's almost as if we don't WANT to try and win anything.

I'm gutted to lose Golden Tate to Detroit. Such a tough competitor. We seem to be gambling that Percy Harvin can stay healthy for once in his career...

after the Byrd signing we are right on the bubble again although Darren Sproles leaving gives us around 3.5m to play with lol, id imagine we wont be signing anyone else in FA and keeping the cash for the draft picks maybe Robert Kraft should spend less time with his playgirl girlfriend, im sure its affecting his mind some what she is a looker though, however distateful it is coming after his wifes death, i think he should keepit in the troosers from now on his kids must be cringing inside.
