Hardest thing I've ever done, I've fallen off the wagon a couple of times, alcohol was normally involved, but stick with it it's well worth it in the long run.

I stopped smoking almost twenty years ago but I used to love the French Gauloises ciggies. That first lungful of smoke was like a punch in the chest and the smell of the tobacco was brilliant.

I remember when I tried to cut down on smoking a year or two back I bought Regal Filter thinking they were better for me because they were smaller.

Richmond superking menthol...it's all I can smoke nowadays.

When I first started I was a regal king size boy. You were some sort of wierdo if you weren't.

Ten fags fags and a box of matches cost less than £1 back then.
