It's all season 1, it just had a mid season break for 3 months.

I think we're on about episode 13 now of 22 or possibly 24. I watched it from the outset and found the first 8 episodes pretty terrible but kept watching for some reason. Since it's return this year it's gotten alot better, albeit still in a substandard Lost kinda way.

It's struggled to recover from the poor start in the US though, viewing figures have remained poor (possibly around 8m?) and it looks likely to be cancelled after just 1 season.
