    Vick gets 23 months

    http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3148549

Serves him right. He's shown a total lack of remorse from the start and now he's ruined almost every chance he had to get back into the NFL. I don't think he'll ever start a game as a QB again.

Now he's going to spend most of the next two years reminding himself that the 5 300lb black guys standing in front of him aren't his offensive line.

The question is not if he'll start another game as QB because he will. The question is in what league. Look at Ricky Williams and Maurice Clarett (before he got arrested). Vick will get another chance to play. It won't be in the NFL but he will get looks from CFL and AFL teams. If Mark Cuban's league is still around it may be his best chance at big time football.

When I was in the States this summer, channels like ESPN were already talking about his comeback. I reckon he'll be back in NFL in three years time. All he has to do is keep his head down and say the right things when he comes out of prison.
