Excuse my ignorance but what's a red pudding ? Was at the Anstruther chippy last weekend but stuck to the fish & chips (which was excellent)

Are red puddings a Fife thing?
My Dad is a Fifer and he always wanted a red pudding supper from the chip shop. He always used to send me in for them, and I've had to have a few conversations with brusque chippy workers where they are not on offer.
Scampi Fries. Yum.

Just had roasted pumpkin seeds and they were amazing .
One batch roasted with castor sugar and cinnamon which tasted like honey roast peanuts.
The other batch was roasted with paprika and spices.
I was really surprised at how tasty they were.
Tripe (never in milk - heathens) and potted heid which seems a rarity nowadays.
Coming on to Hibs.net and checking the Dug-out a few times a day specifically to read about strangers and their pet peeves, and the things they like, haven't tried, or only tried once. That can't be normal. :confused:
Mustard. I have several jars with murky-looking contents. People bring me them back from holiday. I like French ones best but I'm "keen" on all types.
Wee mustard-based quip there.
