A doubt for the Celtic game, anyone a tad worried he might be a bit injury prone?
Not really. He’s a loan player here to improve his game but cover for Boyle rather than first pick. Good player when he’s on the park but there are others that we miss a whole lot more when they are injured
Why? Because he's had one injury?
A bit of time for him to recover no? :dunno:
Sure it was stated a few weeks ago that he had a long standing hamstring injury and he wasn't 100% fit yet, could be a result of this
The throw away phrase 'injury prone' doesn't sit comfortably with me, the lad had an injury before he arrived. NL is managing him well by introducing him to games from the bench and not starting him when he doesn't need to I.e. when Boyle is available, given time and proper management the guys a great asset IMO
Not worried he's injury prone unless it was consistently the same injury. Even if it is, we've got cover in the position and it's a loan so we're not stick with someone who won't play for 2 to 3 years. Additionally our medical team seem particularly good at getting players with conditions and long term reoccurring injuries sorted so he's at the right place.
FFS. Someone has a slight injury and all of a sudden they are injury prone!
Still recovering from a hamstring problem from last season.
Just checked, he missed 22 games last season due to a hamstring problem, so it loos like he has a wee issue there.
