All the players will have a diet to adhere to and a training plan when not actually training at the centre, they'll be expected to do a certain amount of gym work by themselves, slack on the training and add a few Burgers, beers and chocolates and a 10% BF athlete can easily become a 12% BF athlete (BF is body fat) 2% BF is around 6-7lbs, something not noticeable to us but will be to Lennon and his team.
I competed in natural bodybuilding a few years ago, I was 5% BF on stage and after 4 days of eating sugary foods and pizza etc I put on 6-8lbs, it's easily done.
