Seems like it's not only Scottish referees that choose to ignore the white lines when it comes to penalty claims.

Blatant cheating, no other answer
Cheating twice over. Blatantly in the box and rhen the free kick is saved by an outfield player in the wall. Shocking.
Just watched this, and the referee doesn't give a foul for the challenge. He's giving a foul for the goalkeeper handling the ball outside of the penalty area. Doesn't lessen the fact that it's an awful call, but the handling in the area I don't get why he waves that away. The player motions towards the ball with his arms, which can't be defended.
