Merry Christmas! Even to the Jets fans :greengrin
Really curious as to what type of team we'll put out this evening as we're literally playing for nothing!
Gatey must be feeling quite nervy today! :greengrin
The penalties thing is starting to worry me now. We destroyed Arizona last week but committed eleven penalties against ONE called against Arizona. For the season, we are the most penalised team AGAIN. Which in itself isn't a cause for conspiracy theories, (it could be down to our style of play being physical and 'on the edge', although id dispute this), but we have the least penalised opponents as well, by an absolute mile. Our opponents have been penalised only 64 times over the course of the season, the next fewest? 86. Which is harder to comprehend. We have the least penalised opponents by 25% over the course of a whole season?!
Carroll has started to mention it in interviews. Sounds like the team is developing a 'noone likes us' mentality. Be interesting to see the penalty countagainst the 'cheap shot' Rams tonight...
The Patriots have listed Edelman and The Gronk as Inactive for todays game.
Along with, Conolly, Vollmer, Gray, Hightower and Browner
Chiefs started well. They could sneak into the playoffs without a qb. This guy Chase Daniel has started 8/8. Hands up if you've heard of him :greengrin
Chiefs win but Ravens in.
A bit ***** when your star QB goes down.
If you haven't seen the Earl Thomas play at the goal line....

The road to the Super Bowl is through Seattle and New England, what's everyones predictions then?
I think it will be Patriots v Seahawks.
Does Harbough to michigan sound good?
Harbough is gone.
Rex Ryan is gone.
trestman is gone.
Gutted. Truely shat upon from above the last couple of years
Every head coach who didn't make the playoffs must be worried today!
Harbaugh agrees terms with Michigan.
Cheerio you torn faced miserable disaster.
Mike smith is gone
Home and away opponents next year have been announced - we have:
Home: Bills, Dolphins, Eagles, Jaguars, Jets, Redskins, Steelers, Titans
Away: Bills, Broncos, Colts, Cowboys, Dolphins, Giants, Jets, Texans
Not what I'd call an easy season next year, particularly 3 arduous road games against Denver, Indy and Dallas!
There's a cracking game between LSU and Notre Dame on just now.
I know I say this every year but, there is to many bloody bowls :brickwall
Im not predicting a Seattle superbowl, superstitious reasons, but the top seeds are the obvious favourites. Its easier to say who I think won't get there; Detroit, Arizona, Cincinnatti-shan quarterbacks. Indianapolis, Carolina-all shan except the quarterback. Pittsburgh and Green Bay-cant trust the D against the best teams. This also goes for Dallas but theyve beaten us already this season and I like their match ups against Detroit and Green Bay. And in the AFC Denver has too much talent everywhere to be discounted.
So its Dallas and Denver as the main threats to Seattle and New England. I cant see the wild card teams providing any shocks.
Suh now available to play in the wild card game after having his suspension rescinded interesting :hmmm:
I heard that on the radio yesterday. The radio hosts were surmising that with the $70K+ fine that the league must be focusing more on punishing the player than the team. I don't buy that. He's part of the team and if he misbehaves then they should be punished as well. Maybe then they might try and do something about his repeated bad behaviour.
College Football Playoff time!
Bama v Ohio St. and Oregon v Florida State who makes it to the championship game!
I've got to stick to the seeds with Bama taking it v Ohios third string qb and hoping for an Oregon win over FSU so I don't have to read about Jameis Winston for a change!
Go Ducks!
