Got a letter today from this horrible company telling me my discount ends in December and I need to renew my BT Broadband contract to keep the discount.
Hate being manipulated this way. Especially by an organisation that constantly takes the p***.
Maybe I'm stuck with it. Does anyone have any suggestions/experience on how to deal with them? (Other than tell them to ram it, obviously.)
Don't mean to take their side or sound ar*ey - but what is it they have done wrong to take the p*ss or earn the "horrible" tag?Quote:
