The bit near the bottom. “The taxman is not thought to have received any of the £72m in unpaid tax and interest”
When a club is allowed to run up horrendous debts to the public purse, which will almost all remain unpaid, and the new guardians of the club seem to want to continue in a similar manner, of course it's of interest.
It's probably more of interest to most Scottish fans than what's going on at PSG, for example.
Not to everyone, of course, but that's a personal choice.
So it's storm Hector today. Is Ibrox at risk?
Wee tax case?
Big tax case?
Can't read over the whole thread to find out but I take it the tax cases are now settled.
Anyone enlighten me?
Nevertheless I would like to see Hector inflicting some serious damage in Govan
Those cases died with the Old Huns. Blocking the CVA and thus forcing their liquidation was Hector's revenge.

Ignoring the irony for a bit, it’s quite funny their club shop is still selling tax disc holders. It must be a few years now since anyone got a tax disc. They must be a pretty slick operation.

Just think of all that plastic that is going to end up in the sea.
All washed up, just like their Scottish Cup aspirations in 2016.
I see the Takeover Panel have been in court today looking to start bringing Dave King to book for his failure to comply with the ToP ruling.
Here's hoping they score early, let King back in by halftime, allow a Halliday to seemingly nudge the Gers in front, only for a couple of late (but decisive) moments to go the way of the Takeover Panel.
