My wife has just discovered that she has lost her season ticket. We have no idea how or where it was lost but it's not in her phone wallet as normal. Has anyone else ever lost theirs and if so what can we do about it? Can we phone the ticket office and get a replacement or does her season ticket get cancelled and we need to get individual tickets on match day?
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
You can get a new card for a fiver if you phone up.
In future download an app called stocard.
You can scan your season ticket (and any other barcodes items like a Tesco clubcard) it stores it and you can scan your phone instead.
Can you add it to your apple wallet as a back up, in case I forget to take my ticket?Quote:
