I had some crazy crazy nights in there, brilliant venue :agree: my mates worked the door and I could get away with virtually anything, I walked in one Saturday night after a serious days fishing with a Cortland fly fishing vest on, cammy hat and a polly bag with two freshly caught trout in it over my shoulder, funny thing was I didn't look out of place :greengrin
these were another few of the tunes i loved, showing my age now :greengrin

All from a time when the AM:PM label was picking up some monster stuff, getting it remixed by monster producers and throwing it back out again.
And on a different tip, from the summer of Ferry Corsten....

was fantastic :agree: but by 92 it was on a downward spiral imho and had been hijacked up here by bandwagon jumpers like tom wilson playing ***** tunes (much like he did on the northern soul scene many years before) and the big all-nighters, especially down south, were full of some of the dodgiest punters you could imagine.
between 89-92 i had some of the best times of my life :agree: although i wouldn't thank you for a night of raving now :greengrin
i think my favourite stuff was when the early breakbeat tunes started getting played by the likes of fabio, grooverider, top buzz, ellis dee etc although i was quite keen on the darker stuff being played by the likes of ltj bukem as well.
