  1. Jenga & Cut Backs

The NHS, the Local Councils, and so on. It seems to me the powers that be are playing a game of Jenga with all these things. One day the whole system will collapse. If you want to reduce the ground pressure of a building you don't remove the lower floors, you start at the roof. The "Sack the...

http://news.gov.scot/news/nhs-staffing-at-new-record-high I know there are still dozens of vacancies in the NHS in Scotland, but some folks are quick enough to knock the Government a every opportunity. (You know who you are  )

Was on a walk with the family today and on our way home spotted graffiti with 'Bar Ox' now I now Ox is Oxgangs but what does the Bar mean? Used to see that name quite a bit when growing up in the 80s but rarely see anything now. I guessing all the members are old men now!

  14. Why is popular support for Scottish independence in decline?

Given that we have a Tory government in power, an ineffective opposition and Brexit, why is it that popular support is falling away? What will it it take for it to recover any time soon? Will Sturgeon pay any heed and park any notion of a second referendum in the near-term?

It's absolutely heartbreaking watching the interviews with the players who were abused as youngsters. So brave, especially Mr. Woodward who inspired others to open up.
