http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2008/jul/29/davidmiliband.gordonbrown An interesting development. Might this be the start of something which could see the end of the Brown year and a snap General Election? Discuss.:nerd::nerd:

  3. Freemasons

There are a lot of conspiracy theories out there - some which i believe there is more going on behind the scenes than let on, i.e. 9/11; and some which are a bit too far fetched, i.e. The Illuminati. However not too long ago, i was talking to somebody who works in the public sector, who after a few...

Embarrassed to admit it, being both a man of high culture and an avid reader, but I've never actually been to this. I'm usually either working away or on holiday during the fesitval. This year I've resolved to be in town and bought tickets for Steven Berkoff, Irvine Welsh and Amnesty...

The Fish article got me wondering -is Midge (Why-did-Bob-get-a-knighthood-and-not-me) Ure a Hibs fan? Bit of a random question. I heard that his 80s colleague, Steve Strange supports Cardiff and can be regularly seen shaking his bovril all over his lap in the stands at Ninian Park. Are...

  22. Any Tegestologists on Hibs.net?

I've been clearing out my garage and I've found hundreds of beer mats I used to collect about 30 years ago. Do people still collect these things? Would they be worth anything to a charity shop maybe? Or should I set fire to them in a ritual cleansing of my past?
