  1. Pedophile hunting groups

See there is a relatively new peado hunting group in Scotland (the first one in Scotland I think), Wolfpack Hunters. For those who don't know, basically these groups set up fake accounts online, pretending to be underage kids and catching online groomers. They film the stings when they go and...

  2. Stabbings

Highly articulate rap dude Akela is highlighting that the murder rate in Scotland is higher than London but the tabloids (and Trump) are getting all aerated only about London stabbings. He says Wales is higher too but can't find the stats on that. Anyone would think that the tabloids have...

I decided not to post this in the Leadership thread as that contest is all but over. Corbyn will be declared winner by a huge margin. So what does the future hold for Labour? 8. Legalise Cannabis?

A lot of debate now about this and Canada has passed a law that makes recreational use legal. Not sure myself, could it lead to harder drug use? But if I was walking home on my own at 2am I would rather cross paths with a group of stoners than a group of drunks.

  30. why is council tax calculated by property value rather than income?

been wondering about why council tax bands are determined by your property value rather than your income...also, why it's based on what your property was worth in 1991 (i think?) rather than something more up-to-date? seems odd to me, and rather arbitrary. there must be a good reason though?
