....'till Kahn get's humiliated by Barrera. Anybody find decent odds? Anybody find odds for Kahn to get knocked out/fight ended within 2 rounds?! :greengrin
I prefer football betting but for some interest I stuck £10 on this today, I have just watched the race and if anyone else did, do you not agree that was simply perfection, I dont know a great deal about horses but watching that I can tell that was a win of sheer class and timing.
Who's gonna win?
Going to Cheltenham this year for the first time ith 4 mates and was wondering if anyone has been and has any advice on what tickets to get. Think we are going to get the cheap "best mate" tickets but any advice greatly appreciated. And more importantly any tips......Binocular in the champion...
Bringing back Jordan Leopold from Colorado and the completing the much rumoured acquistion of Olli Jokinen from Phoenix. Sad to see Lombardi go but when you bring in a 30-40 goal centre you can't complain too loudly.

I thought we had a good wee competition going last year. :cup: The site we used last year isn’t up and running so if anyone sees another free league of leagues we can plug into that would be braw. Something like the BBCs fibaw predictor. Oh and by the way if anyone wants to organise it,...
For a draft pick to the Chiefs... Must mean the doctors are confident Brady will be back on time and strong?
Lost at sea
After sitting through the horrendous mis matches of Pavlik v Rubio and Cotto v Jennings my disillusionment with boxing is almost complete. The continuing farce of 4 main governing bodies and countless other smaller ones is ridiculous and so money orientated its unreal. As an example take the...
:grr: How frustrating is this game? Decided to take it up towards the end of last year, (christ knows why i never just waited till the summer), and it's doin ma head in already, i just cannae hit the ****ing ball straight :grr: Despite the frustrating side of it i'm really enjoying it...
Loses first set in Dubai on tiebreaker - not playing well, not in control! Just taken the second set 6-3, so that's better, Andy!!
That was a sign at the WI vs England test match which was pretty good - especially since England are now 26-7 and still 20 short of reaching their lowest score EVER in a test match. And also on course for an innings defeat - great viewing.
Looked good today, 6-1 6-2 win in Semi Finals, although had a bit of an ankle injury so might not play in tomorrows final
If, like me, you're not making the trip to Inverness this Saturday why not fill that sports void with a trip to Murrayfield Ice Rink to see the Edinburgh Capitals take on the Coventy Blaze? Crucial time for Edinburgh in the season with that 8th and final playoff spot still very much up for...
Shame, but well earned. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/boxing/7871918.stm
Who gives a *****
Hope, predictions, concerns? How do we think this one will go then folks? Here's a few views from this end. Panthers v Caps Hope the winter weather doesn't put paid to it.
Scotland won the 'Shield' last night here in NZ. It was the least prestigious of all the trophies, but a win nonetheless! England won the 'cup', beat New Zealand in the final :grr: On this subject, they have the Sevens in Edinburgh, and it really should be bigger than it is. Over here the 2...
Link Never seen that one coming.
Totally fired up for this one, a must win game if ever there was one especially with Hull breathing down our necks for that final playoff berth. Anyone on here who's always fancied the Ice Hockey but never been, now's the time! And if you've never even heard of the Capitals... come anyway! Your...

On live right now. BBC2 & Eurosport UK Classic match with some fantastic tennis.
Anyone got any naps for todays racing?
Sad news for any fans of TMS http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/cricket/7861363.stm RIP
Did anyone else watch this earlier? It was an absolutely amazing match and both men deserve great credit for playing so well throughout. Nadal eventually won to progress to Sunday's final, where he will meet Roger Federer. But that doesn't even begin to tell the story of what happened. ...
Yes i know am a big kid lol. But who do ppl think will win the Rumble?
For anyone who pre-registered for the NFL London tickets for the coming year's fixture between the Pats and the Bucs, just a wee reminder that tickets go on sale from 10am tomorrow morning  For the rest of you, the general sale commences on Monday :agree:
Monty get's the gig  http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/golf/7849800.stm
As it says on the tin, GO ANDY!
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/boxing/7850189.stm always liked him.
Great match! 6-7 in the 5th just now. I've taken a liking to Gasquet. Gonzalez has done all the shouting and fist pumping whilst Gasquet has came through an injury and is going about his business with dignity. 7-7 now. Gasquet's holding his serve with ease just now.
live now on BBC2. First set. 6-5 to Murray, Melzer to serve. Both have broken serve once. Murray was 2 sets down to Melzer at the US open only to come back and win
2 sets up and cruising to victory it seems. :thumbsup:And a lovely half volley to the ball girl with his right foot. :greengrin
Photos and the rest of the story ... clickyty click If you can be :asshole:ed!
Well, on Sunday I attended both the Derby (:bitchy:) and then in the evening I decided to go to my first ever Capitals match vs the Panthers. Even though it ended 6-0 to the Panthers, I was impressed with the effort shown by the Caps - even with 2 seconds left on the board and the score already...
As Britain looks forward to "our" defence of the ashes  in the summer (cue 6 months of build up) anyone noticed the second tier type reporting of Andy Murray's continued rise to prominence and a further win today in the Qatar Open. This in the run up to the Aussie Open. If it was Timmy...
Fight on just now between some massive 6' 9" dude and a German (tw@t) in a kilt who has 21 wins, 20 by way of knockout. Looks like it could be pretty explosive.:agree:
