7. Hand Rails safety for West Stand and other stands

   The East stand has hand rails for people going up and down the steps, I have seen a few near nasty falls in West upper recently, does anyone have any idea if Hibs will introduce those, or is there a way of asking if this could happen? I am getting on myself and at times it would be handy😅
