  2. We cannot afford , nor do we have the time, for another failed manager

As it says on the tin the fans wont accept...the club cant afford a manager who is not fit for the job..a lot of blame is on Petrie and the board for making inept choices. bring back Tony Mowbray the clock is ticking on this season already....we need points for safety ..urgently

  8. An expensive year

Home gates down by c25%. Turning down 300k for CC in the summer and consequently having to pay him compo (apparently). Leaving the new manager with several CC signings and therefore presumably a diminished transfer pot in January.

  11. We are Hibernian FC. Forever and always.

Thankfully CC has now been removed as manager there is no better time than now to address all ye problems at Hibernian FC. Dwindling support in the stands, poor financial results and a poor product on the pitch but now that the board have acted, albeit later than I personally had wanted, let's...

Real Madrid v Osasuna early kick off today at 11am on SS1. Been watching RM a lot recently and they are playing some great stuff, every bit as good as Barca, they don't have the same possession and are more direct but very effective. In Ronaldo they have a goal scoring machine only slightly...

I've always had a lot of time for Pat Nevin (especially since his conversion to the Hibees cause) and I think he's one of the few Scottish pundits whose views on the game are genuinely worth listening to. I seem to recall that when Boyle took over at Motherwell he appointed Niven as Chief...

After 14 games last season we had the grand total of 14pts, this season we have the grand total of 13pts. Losing at home to the Pars is unacceptable. But ive seen worse performances this season and most of the players did OK. The two strikers were abysmal, and let us down badly. Stack 6 Hanlon 6 O'Hanlon 5 Stephens 7 Wotherspoon 7 Much better again, ran at and beat players. The final ball let...

Very quiet on the board compared to last week. Before the montherwell game we were showing signs of getting there. However, we had a really poor 1st half, lost the game and this board went into meltdown (again). Im under no illusions, this is not a strong team. However the hysteria on here...
