  2. Renewing Passport

    Sent my passport forms etc away last Wednesday, new passport arrived today! What a superb service, filled out the form online so just had to print and sign it. Such a simple and quick process for renewing I was amazed.

    What gives with the latest language fashion of using 'so' at the beginning of a sentence when replying to a question? It's even more annoying than Australian Questioning Intonation or the over-use of 'well' to qualify an adjective.
