Shareholders will begin receiving details of the club's share offer through the post later today. The offer is strictly regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and we don't want you, or hibs.net, getting into trouble!
This is as a result of legislation brought in during 2014....

Anybody on here in to the matched betting? Been doing it myself for a couple of months now and making some good cash from it, it's an improvement on getting rammed from the bookies every weekend anyway.
I only got in to it because of a guy I speak to at the games told me about a hibby he knows...
Looking for a bit of advice please.
I've recently employed a tradesman to do some work on my house. The job is going on and on forever - currently around 6x as long as quoted and not yet finished.
Every time I ask for an update I either get blanked or I get told it'll be done by the end of...
always had a soft spot for, I guess what you would call educational(?), jokes. Jokes to do with maths and the likes.
best two I've heard recently
My dad once told me i had a lot of potential, right before he pushed me off the balcony.
(not so much a joke, but I like it)
A new game!!!
I will start by saying the name of a song, the next person then has to name a song title which uses a word from the prebvious title.
E.g Sunshine on Leith (proclaimers)- I'm walking on Sunshine
ill start - The Boys of Summer
(Try not to link words like "The"
Not seen a thread like this for a while, so what gigs are people going to in the near future?
I am just starting this as I suddenly have a load of gigs to go to that have only materialised over the last 6 weeks or so :greengrin
Tomorrow - The Bootleg Beatles, Wellington
Nov 10 - Coldplay,...
Been watching quite a lot of these recently and had my eyes opened re what is actually going on in the world. Here's a few that I've watched and consider to have done what I mention above.... Blackfish- about The capture of Orca's, sold onto Seaworld and the dramatic consequences thereafter....
This is a game I got from another forum.
I start by saying something
say:What is life
And then the next poster makes an acroynym out of last word of my sentence in response
say:Life is for elephants (but hopefully better:greengrin)
Amarone in George Street was the venue for my niece's graduation dinner. I wasn't overly impressed, then again I never really expected to be if I'm honest. Lows were;
Nine out of the ten mains being served together, the tenth person was told "we haven't forgot you,it's just not ready yet" It...

Hi, was wondering if I could get any recommendations on hotels/decentb&b.

Can anyone here point me out the law, not 'supermarket policy' but an actual law that states they can't sell you alcohol if another person you are with doesn't have ID?
Lat Saturday in tesco I was with my missus (33) my son (3) and me (28). We were getting a few things for a family get together...
Ok so have a night out on friday and have no mrs or kid on sat night. Normally my post hangover eats is a munchy box, you know the one, kebab meat, chips, pakora etc etc. However ive seen a few friends on Facebook raving about munchy boxes from the Chinese and well, it sounds like post hangover...
Most important band in years and years. Why has it taken two 40-somethings with a laptop and a microphone to finally create some proper angry music?
I've been wanting to get a decent Hibs tattoo for ages . I had a small Hi Bees one on my upper arm , which got done 27 years ago . So wanted to get something added to it . Now I have had it done and I'm well chuffed with it . I'll try and post before and after pics .
Any budding photographers on the site have any advice on cameras for me?
I'm not sure between dslr and bridge cameras.
I understand dslr probably gives a better end result. But it seems to come at a fair extra cost and carrying around a couple of lenses would seem to be a hassle- I get the...
Total and utter long-shot but anyone have tickets for the concert in the gardens that they'd be willing to sell on? I've only just realised I'm going to be in Scotland for New Year and my favourite band area headlining this year!
I know there has probably been threads like this in the past but I am looking for any advice with regards on who to book through for lessons. I have never had any proper lessons before although I am insured on a car and have had a few hours behind the wheel so with regards to the basics like...
Noticed today that some very sad person has removed the Hibernian Badge in the middle of the wreath that the club layed on Sunday. how sad this is. anyone else notice it.:grr:
Anywhere in Lothian they can strip and 're-chrome a wee bumper protector from a 1960 Hillman minx?
Been trying but am stumped 🚗
Anybody ever started their own business? Any good links for advice?
Her wiki page claims that she is a Hibs fan which is unusual as she was born/raised in Aberdeen. She has been an MSP for Lothian for a while, I just wondered if she'd been spotted at any home games, I know there are some MP's who are Hibees and do go to the games.
Anyone stay there and recommend it? Thinking of moving there for a change...
Really worth a purchase, particularly on vinyl. Twenty years of sheer genius on six LPs - under fifty notes on Amazon just now as well.
Great Hibs pub!
If anyone still buys the EEN you could do worse than voting for the Harp & Castle in the best pub in Edinburgh competition.
Voting coupons are in tonight's edition.
I was looking at prices for going to see James Bond. Can anybody tell me why there is such a difference depending on where you go? East Kilbride £6.50, Fort Kinnaird £8.45, Kilmarnock £10.15, Leicester Sq £14. I know London has always been dearer but the others are baffling.
Now to start with i have mates on here who work with Sky so please guys it's not personal :aok:
Got a letter through the door Saturday from Sky ( Totally out the blue and with no prior warning) telling me my current bill will jump an extra £4.50 per month..Now my bill as it stands is in...
My wife just decided to point out to me that Hybrid Theory is 15 years old this week.
Ugh, I feel so old!
I'm moving house and I was looking for a decent deal on Buildings and Contents insurance for the new place. It's a minefield.
The cheapest deals offer the bare minimum and the best cover comes at a cost, as you'd expect.
I'd got to the stage that I was considering a policy with Sainsbury's...
Heading off to Dublin tomorrow, as a Hibernian fan is there any place that is a must see?
Okay, for starters, I can't stand ....
Gaudi's too gaudy for me. Horrible architecture
Anyone watch this? I used to watch it every week back in the good old days but finding it quite hard to watch at times with all the nonsense - chucking paint about and bringing babies in with sponsored sunglasses on and that.
Thought this deserves a thread of its own.
What are your recommendations? I've watched Breaking Bad, Better call Saul and the Killing, all brilliant. Prison Break was solala.
Here's my latest podcast - all music - 60 mins of soulful house , some rare Northern Soul , a little Latin , and a few old skool revival house tunes.
Have a listen - let me know what you think
I've gone a wee while without listening to much in the way of new music, but there's been a spate of album releases I've wanted to check out lately for one reason or another and I've been pleasantly surprised.
Babel - Mumford and Sons: Develops their sound from Sigh No More and really cements...
Anyone in here done this or indeed shoots regularly? Had a day at Dunkeld yesterday and found it to be quite addictive, can't wait to get out and do it again. Somewhere closer to Edinburgh that anyone could reccomend?
