Fairly sure Majestic Wine will fulfill orders this big and apply bulk order discount that does not conflict with the current ban on "multi-buy" offers, but their starting price is a higher than supermarkets,,,

Assuming you're after half decent wine, I doubt you'd beat Aldi tbh. Not sure how they do wine as good at the prices.

I think it's £2 per bottle plus 20% VAT so it could be considerably more than£2.50.
