With Scotland under 21s playing Northern Ireland on September 4th could our game the following day against Falkirk be postponed. With potentially Jason Cummings Liam Henderson John Mcginn being picked for Scotland.

Good point. It's a qualifier, so Scotland will want all their best players available

how many players have to be called up for a team to be allowed to ask for a postponement, pretty sure sevco were allowed to postpone a game last season/season before

EPL teams allowed to switch one game per season (pretty much for any reason) - not sure if that applies to Championship teams though.

We have a free week in November, when the bottom 6 in the championship play in the 3rd round of the Scottish Cup. Can't see Hibs wanting to wait until then though

Scott Martin is also away with the under 19's

Push as many games back until players are fit as possible IMO.

Spoke to hibs ticket office earlier this morning. They've been in touch with Falkirk about receiving tickets for the game. At the moment it's still on the 5th, but the club could ask for it to be postponed - wait and see was the message.

Think Malonga could be away as well, if he's called by his country

Cummings and McGinn are definitely in the Under 21 squad.

Good spot Andrew. 2 away and Martin with the 19's. Presume a lot depends if Dom is away or not, or Keatings and Farid are fit by then!
On one hand we don't want to go into a key game with a reduced squad, on the other we don't really want to be playing catch up

I think we should park the game and play them when full strength and possibly with a full squad available.

The rules that Sevco abide by are not necessarily relevant to the rules imposed on the rest of us!

yip, agreed. Lets take what we can since other clubs do it, and get the team fit and gelled.
